Cancellation & Refund Policy
At skilli.jobs, most of our services are digital, and therefore, cancellations and refunds are limited.
Free services such as profile creation and job search are not eligible for cancellation or refund since no payment is collected.
For candidates, payments made for skill tests, resume services, and courses are considered final. Once services are delivered, no refunds will be processed.
Recruiter subscriptions, database access, and job postings are also non-refundable once activated. We encourage recruiters to review plans before purchase.
In cases of duplicate payments or accidental transactions, users must report the issue within 48 hours. Verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
If technical issues prevent service activation, we will either re-activate the service or issue credits for future use. Refunds, where applicable, will always be made to the original payment source.
