- Technical Errors: If a technical failure on our platform prevents you from accessing or using the paid service you purchased.
- Billing Errors: In cases of double billing or incorrect charges caused by our system.
- Unintentional Renewal: If you were unintentionally charged for a renewal and request a refund within 48 hours of the charge.
4. Non-Refundable Services

- Published Job Postings: Once a job posting has been published and made live on the platform, no refund will be issued.
- Accessed Data: Once an employer has accessed, viewed, or downloaded candidate contact information or resumes.
