The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative software solutions that leverage advanced AI technologies. You will be responsible for leading development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of AI-driven methodologies within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions and decisions related to AI and Gen AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices in software development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies and incorporate them into our projects.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Document software designs, processes, and technical specifications.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in AI and Generative AI Architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline development.
• Experience in leading software development teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI technologies.
• Proven experience in leading software projects from conception to completion.
• Strong portfolio of AI-driven projects and solutions.
