WALKME Developer

We are looking for a WalkMe Developer to design, build, and maintain digital adoption solutions that help users navigate enterprise applications more effectively.

The role will involve creating guided workflows, tooltips, smart tips, launchers, surveys, and automation within the WalkMe platform to improve user experience, reduce support effort, and increase adoption of key business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure WalkMe solutions such as Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, SmartTips, and Surveys.

• Work with business teams to understand user journeys, pain points, and training needs.

• Translate process requirements into clear in-app guidance and digital adoption flows.

• Test WalkMe content across applications, browsers, and user scenarios.

• Monitor WalkMe analytics and recommend improvements to adoption and engagement.

• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates of existing WalkMe implementations.

• Collaborate with UX, product, training, change management, and application teams.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with WalkMe platform configuration and development.

• Understanding of web applications, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser developer tools.

• Ability to analyse user journeys and convert them into guided digital workflows.

• Experience testing and debugging WalkMe elements.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
