We are seeking a talented Python Developer with at least 2 years of experience in a Team Leader role to join our IT team in Chennai, India. As a Python Developer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of Python-based projects. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing Python-based solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:
